May 2, 2015 – February 19, 2026
With broken yet grateful hearts, the family of Pryce Nolan Redmon shares that their beloved son passed away peacefully at home on February 19, 2026, surrounded by his parents and siblings after a courageous battle with Stage IV neuroblastoma.
After an extended stay at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, Pryce’s Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team worked tirelessly to stabilize him so he could fulfill his greatest wish — to return home. The ambulance crew ensured his comfort during the journey, and hospice nurses provided compassionate support every step of the way. Though it was not the outcome his family had hoped and prayed for, they are profoundly thankful they were able to keep their promise to bring him home.
Pryce fought with extraordinary bravery. Even during his most difficult days — navigating pain, treatments, MRIs, dialysis, and countless procedures — he continued to show resilience beyond his years. He endured discomfort with remarkable strength, including recent complications that required close monitoring, kidney ultrasounds, and neurological evaluations. Through it all, he remained surrounded by a medical team that cared deeply for him and a family who never left his side.
Beyond his diagnosis, Pryce was a joyful, loving boy who knew he was cherished. He delighted in reading messages, opening packages, and seeing the outpouring of love from friends, family, and even strangers who followed his journey. That love lifted him, and it comforted his family in ways words cannot fully express.
Those who knew Pryce will remember his bright spirit, his courage, and the way he brought people together. His life, though far too short, made an immeasurable impact. He taught lessons of faith, perseverance, and unconditional love that will continue to resonate in the hearts of everyone he touched.
The Redmon family is currently making arrangements and will share details soon. They extend their deepest gratitude to the medical teams, hospice caregivers, and the community who walked this journey alongside them.
Pryce’s light will never fade. He will forever be loved, forever missed, and forever remembered.
